We got there to find out that they said our promotion card was expired and we would need to pay the difference. The last time I was there, some poor guy's jeep had been damaged by somebody who worked on his jeep. The best part is they have attitude problems when a paying customer wants to know where their merchandise is that they paid for WEEKS ago.
Placed the order and put down a hefty deposit. They tell me that they will get right on the repairs. Over 2 hrs each time and not very busy. As much as I like to patronize this business I've had a couple bad experiences.
The only thing I'd say they need is maybe some seating in the front if your waiting but, overall, if you have an issue that they can take care of, don't hesitate, they'll get it done right for you! I talked to Holden Smith at this store and he had me bring it in...he helped me install in, understand the diff parts of my sailcloth soft top (including printed manual that is better than what came in the original box) AND didn't even charge me for his time! The customer service here is great!
To this day I've never ever been dissatisfied, Jeff, you are #1. Simple information is too complicated for these guys. I've been buying parts and having my friends and family bring vehicles and have them serviced by Jeff F at 4Wheelparts from the day they opened and have had nothing but the best of compliments.
I went to the place initially thinking i would get professional service and I am extremely disappointed with the service especially with the price of things you would think that you are getting top notch superior service. I understand that things happen...especially with big custom lifts.

Order accessories such as a Jeep spare tire carrier lock or Jeep spare tire cover. Every time you try and reach them over the phone in regards to your order, they put you in a 30-50 min wait time and by the time you get a hold of someone, they'll say that your order will be in soon. Poor customer service and worse attitudes. The next day I get a call saying it's going to be ordered for the following day. Good day!Don't get me wrong...I'll still order stuff from you, just don't expect me to take you at your word when things are done at your shop. Even had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to have my free tire rotation done! "Like others here, I too seen all the great reviews and chose to give them a chance.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Tried giving it multiple chances but never improves. They tell me that they will get right on the repairs. However, my experience recently warranted a change. We strive to provide expert advice and service and in this case we fell short of that mark but from reviews like this we are able to continue to learn where we may be able to make improvements.
Don't tell me that it's "impossible", just tell me the truth; you don't know how.
You make an appointment drop off early and call them at 9:00 to tell them it's in the a lot and where to find the keys. Finally talk to someone and same story.

Ordered a lift that said in stock 3 months ago, they sent me everything except for 1- box that's backed ordered, watch what you buy from them, make sure that they actually have all parts in stock before buying! Hands down the best service from the very beginning to the end! I've made many previous purchases from here in the past but never again. Went in for a inspection due to bad work some where else.
Staff was helpful and I got the same prices in the store (some even cheaper) than online and no shipping costs because it came to the store. I have been looking for a while and when i came across this shop and got a quote i instantly scheduled an appointment.
I am not planning on that appointment to to well either. Other places I called said the price to mount 1 tire was how much 4wheel mounted all 4 for. Guy at the counter brings out the parts and is confused about what is what. I expect at a minimum that when they "discovered" this they should have called me!! I would not recommend this place. Couldn't get any support on what fits and works best. 4 wheel parts stepped up to the plate and had the part sent next day to our destination!
