So I have been plagued with TV & Internet service issues for the past 15 days! I’m confident it’s a @Xfinity thing but i wasn’t sure if anyone else has similar issues. Not only did the @xfinity tech support not fix my problem. Get it tf together Xfinity.
I can investigate your issues as well. @ram41662 I suspect that if I disconnect from the Xfinity tower, all would be fine. Having the same issue been having it sence I got xfinity a few months ago.

So I didnt post yesterday because I was too pissed that my internet has still been working off and on after calling Comcast multiple times the last 3 days. @VerizonSupport One site says it’s up, a text said it’s down, then calling said it’s not a system wide problem it’s almost as bad as dealing with Comcast/Xfinity!

Cable boxes have processors similar to a computer and can stop working until the system is reset. Really makes for great telecommuting.Mine went down at noon, and I still do not have internet. The customer service is below par! Chat and phone calls don’t help me! No error message, just no email. I've had the issue for a week now.
