The Trust has a major masterplan and what we need to do for them is not just construct facilities, but to really get inside their minds and see things exactly as they do, because a hospital is a very complex building with users who have different needs.
Somehow, the people in charge "perceive" the auditions of the white kids differently from how they perceive the auditions of the Asian, brown, & black kids.I don't think the folks at BACT are bad folks, but I think they need to do some soul searching and figure out what is going on and perhaps make some adjustments to the way they do their auditions.
