There are a few gripes that have come up recently though. Had issues with reclining seats so I messaged them online so they could fix before the next showing. Instead they showed up in the theatre within a few moments to fix them prior to previews ending.

The food is decent for a movieplex. Concessions have ice cream and beer on top of the normal movie snacks.Definitely going back again! The early evening showing on a weeknight was not crowded. Bottom line- it was a unique experience but I probably would only go again if I had out of town visitors that wanted to experience this new way to enjoy theater movies. My only complaint is I wish they had more movies to choose from. Concession and ticket prices are comparable to other theaters and the seats are oversized and super comfy! I enjoy how clean the theater is every time I go along with how nice it is to be able to reserve your seat hours before your movie and just show up and sit down. Great seats too. Customer service was great - actually met someone from Oregon who was serving us. I'm a part of their discount ticket/concession program and it's saved my family almost $1,000 last year. This limits the number of seats in the theater, but it certainly makes the experience more enjoyable.Early bird prices are the way to go, which just means it will be a morning show and the first show in that theater for the day. I love the reserved seating, seats are comfortable, great drink and food menu. I like this theater. Wonderful food great seating and most of the staff is courteous. You're theater needs to make it clear that tipping in the concession stand is not tipping those that serve you in theater. Sometimes i get too drunk at bar louie so i cant drive so instead I stumble on over to the theater & choose a random movie that i have no interest in seeing but those seats in here are so god damn comfy I just fall asleep in the chair & wait for the movie to end then I can drive home. It's the one marked XD. Such friendly artists teaching here! The sound quality is good and the pictures are clear. The theaters are nice and well furnished. The food is not that good and it is very expensive for what you get. The recliners are comfortable except when they're ripped. Despite the large amount of people that visit this theater and completely ruin the experience, I would always and forever call this place my favorite movie spot.
