A true Frankie's special, 6oz* burger with pastrami, sauerkraut, gherkin and deli mustard. But this place has been rated below average by Google. Great for 3-4 people, Beware! Went last night for a meal for my daughters birthday. I feel sorry for the servers and staff that have to deal with quite a horrible in sympathetic boss.
Manager was called to us again too which we were met with a sarcastic "I can't be bothered to help you eat and leave tone" she was very argumentative and discounted the customer is always right. Excellent service with appropriate precautions in Covid-19 situation.
Our server Sue was friendly, attentive and couldn't have been better. Fully loaded with BBQ pulled pork. Having to work in masks can't be easy, but all the staff were cheerful and friendly. The teams’ love for food reflects in the lovingly created menu of comforting Italian American favourites. A chicken lover's dream.

We follow good hygiene practices in our kitchens, but due to the presence of allergenic ingredients in some products, there is a small possibility that allergen traces may be found in any item. Got served by Brodie, she was a nice girl and she gave great customer service and the food was great. That's a nice idea to order tasty sundaes, pudding and pancakes. Food was amazing as always and even though I knew time limits were in place due to bookings never once felt rushed. Where do I start we were confronted on arrival by a very rude woman whom wanted proof a family member who was exempt from wearing a mask showed proof. Come here and have great tea, latte or lemonade. One of our party asked for the toilet and was told where to go, as there were a table been seated she walked the other way as no one was in site to be scolded by sed manager. I work for the NHS and I was very pleased with my service from Sue.....thank you!! Been using frankie and Benny's as a family get together night or birthday teas.

The food was well cooked and nicely presented (steak cooked as requested) and was ready very fast.
