With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app. I happened to be studying tonight, and my stubbornness got the best of me...logged into Chrome on my laptop and entered the activation code from IDGo app on my FireTV and voila - instant activation and success! Have to same problem and I can't believe Direct TV has not solved this issue yet!!!! It’s nice that they’re all listed (& in alphabetical order) but it takes forever to scroll through all of them if you need to get to one towards the end. I fought with this for almost a month...I was trying to activate with my cell phone browser (which works on most other apps) and it kept giving me an error 404 page not found error. We'll pass these on to our development team and keep them in mind as we work on improvements for the future. Ok I actually just got through!!!! As it was explained to me, The streaming services simply bill the cable companies (I’m not sure if it’s.still called cable, but I am in my late 30’s - I’m gonna go with what I know), so issues like the error message we’re receiving are specific to app itself. Just called Amazon and they said the issue is with ID Go, so they sent them a error ”trouble ticket”.
