Would Panko breadcrumbs work, instead of the cornflakes? Omg how could they look tasty before you even cook them?! I did not have cornflakes so used tortilla chips. Had to leave the crunch – I couldn’t bring myself to pour on the sauce. I haven’t tried, but it would probably work. My hubby has previously hated cauliflower and loved chicken wings. Can’t wait to try them! Oh, and I put the cornflake mixture in a bag and add the cauliflower and/or okra to it and shake to coat. You can grind your own chia seeds by grinding them in a coffee grinder or high powdered blender. My favorite way to eat these is simple: dipping them in ranch dressing! I like to remove as much of the stem as I can so it really feels like a little piece of "meat" but you can definitely keep the stems longer if you want.
