can dish & cox cable both use the same (one) cable for me to to have tv & internet. The 2nd time I called, I was told that it was just my home that had the outage. It will automatically turn back on.
Even better, hit FF, it moves ahead, hit Pause/Play, Nothing Happens, keep hitting that button and after it stops 10 minutes past where you wanted it to, then it goes through the PLAY, no PAUSE, no PLAY, no PAUSE, every time I had pressed the button it goes thru the sequence WHENEVER it wants to. We have made changes to keep employees safe so response and call times may be longer than usual. Having the cable box reach the inititial contact with xfinity.

I am having the exact same issue as you started about 4 hours ago. Remove the cable that goes into the splitter, inside your home. X1 in my area is worthless.
I have been having the same problem as everyone. So how do you fix a rdk-03003 I tried everything taking it to another room reboot several times it has no link in the MoCA link. In my household. Comcast even trenched a new thicker cable from the street junction to the box in the house, and replaced the split line that the modem was connected to to a direct line from the modem to the box.

The splitter was almost falling apart; back fell off and broken into pieces barely hanging on to connected cable.
